1:1 POSTPARTUM PROGRAMS

No matter when you gave birth, or your fitness experience, the postpartum program will support it, starting with ensuring you have the right foundation. All sessions are one-on-one, private and confidential.

Because You Are Postpartum Forever

No matter how much time has passed since you gave birth, you are forever considered postpartum. We start our journey wherever you are, focusing on foundational movements, with programming that evolves as you do. Prior to any postpartum program, an assessment will be done to identify any major challenges you may have. This includes a core and fitness evaluation.

Try Before You Buy

Free 1:1 session to see what it's like to train with me. If you decide to move forward, this session will be considered your first session.

6-Week Program

Recommended if you held an active lifestyle prior to birth.

 

Program includes: 

  • Postpartum assessment

  • Weekly, private in person 1:1 coaching

  • 18 sessions / 3 per week

  • Focuses on building foundation strength, breathwork and the goal of helping you feel confident in the gym again.

8-Week Program

Recommended if you were not active prior to birth or have not worked out in a long period of time. 

 

Program includes: 

  • Postpartum assessment

  • Weekly, private in person 1:1 coaching

  • 24 sessions / 3 per week

  • Focus on foundational strength building and breathworkd

Nutrition Coaching

Diets lead to short term results and burnout, but creating good habits will last a lifetime. Let me guide you on how to enjoy the foods you love while building habits that will become a part of your everyday life.

Habit Based

Learn new eating habits and create a positive relationship with food.

Macro Based

Fat, protein and carb based eating plan to meet a specific end goal.

Custom Plan

If habit or macro based plans don't work for your lifestyle, let's figure out what does.
