Stay accountable with your friends or family! Each woman in your group will need to purchase a plan, with a minimum of 5 sessions.

Free consult to learn what it's like to train with me. We will go over what the sessions will entail and what goals you and your friends have!

Packages

With 5 or 10 session options, you are guaranteed to stay accountable! Minimum of 2 women in each class.

Custom Options

Based on your needs, I can create flexible options for you. Whether it's a mix of in-person and virtual programming or virtual only.
